What is included each month?
On every monthly package we plan your content, build your calendar, write captions you approve before design, design your posts and carousels, then schedule and publish them for you. We keep an eye on your comments and messages, and send a monthly report. Higher packages add more posts, Stories, platforms and replies. You supply photos and videos of your products or services.
How do revisions work?
You get two rounds of revisions on every batch. Tell us what to tweak and we update it. Need more rounds? Extra ones are available on request.
How does payment work?
Monthly packages are paid before each month starts, by bank transfer or Wise, so it works wherever you are in the world. We send a short agreement and an invoice first, so you know exactly what you are getting.
Can we see a sample first?
Yes, in a few ways. The Imagine It gallery shows sample concepts (they are not client work, because we are just getting started). You can ask for a free page audit. Or try the Taste Test, a one-month trial with no commitment.
Do you do video or ads?
Not yet. Right now we focus on static posts, carousels, Stories and basic animated designs like GIFs. We do not edit video or manage ad campaigns, but both are on our wish list, and the Banana Split package will add ads later.
How can we work together?
Mostly through our monthly packages: fixed creatives every month with your social media fully managed. If you need something different, we also work with direct clients full-time, part-time or project-based, and can offer one-time kits and add-ons for single projects.
Can you work in my timezone?
Yes. We work with clients all over the world, in any timezone. We can overlap with your working hours, or work flexibly and keep things moving with clear updates.
How long does it take to get started?
Pick a package, and we send the agreement and invoice along with a quick questionnaire about your brand. Then we build your plan and calendar, and share captions for your approval before any design begins. Message us and we will tell you the earliest start date for your first month.
